BOMI PARK

Appointed to the bench in 2012, Judge Bomi Park has spent her judgeship primarily handling criminal cases and media-related disputes.

In 2024, Judge Park was seconded as a professor at the Judicial Research & Training Institute (JRTI) under the Supreme Court of Korea, where she currently serves as the Director of the Judicial Cooperation Department within the International Judicial Cooperation Center.

Born in Singapore and raised in Seoul, Korea, Judge Park holds an LLB from Seoul National University and an LLM in IT, Media, and Communications Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is particularly interested in freedom of expression and its legal implications in the digital age.
